Took Cameron for his weekly weigh-in (can't believe he's only 17 days old...) and he's now 2.91 kg's. So he's over his birth weight of 2.8 kg's and means he gained 130 grams in 6 days. Yay...go, chubbs! I don't know where he's put it on as he's still very scrawny but we continue to feed him every time he squawks and hope he's fat, plump and tender by Xmas. A la Hansel.

Swore like a sailor at the car seat. Sorry Cameron, sorry mother. But did manage a neat one foot take down of the pram. Once. The other times involved a bit of muttering, one or two expletives and more than 1 foot. Needs practice.
So, then yesterday was his first outing since leaving hospital as per community health nurse's instruction to take him to be weighed at the community centre close by. Then Mom & I shot up to Canning Highway (ok, you don't "shoot" anywhere here - you make sure Granny B sticks to the speed limit so you don't get demerits on your licence!)

Cameron also had his first live web cam performance this week for the girls back home. Will have to co-ordinate another viewing at the weekend. 6 hour time difference makes it a bit tricky.
Tis all for now.... Feel a nap coming on.

Stopped in at the "Miami Bakehouse" - read review here - where they have delicious pies and cakes and coffee. Were going to have them down at the river but Cameron needed a feed so we ate there and experienced our first public feed (under wraps of course) which went ok, if a bit brief.

Ate and then headed down to the river front. Awesome views and nice and sunny. (Take Point Walter road off Canning, all the way up to the river.)
